With a furnace you have to rely on the fact that the fuel will remain hot. If the fuel is a bad one that means the fuel will not stay hot long enough to be used. If the fuel is not used properly, the home will not remain warm enough to provide proper comfort. The furnace will often times run inefficiently and you will be left with a room that is very hot or very cold depending on where the heater is located.
